Dr. Kemi Oyedepo is a woman on a mission to add value to her generation as a family life coach, author, teacher, mentor, change catalyst, philanthropist and HR professional. Her vision is clear: nation-building and people-building! She has a deep passion for driving transformation and inspiring others to do the same. She believes that positive change doesn’t happen spontaneously or miraculously—it requires deliberate action, innovation, creativity, commitment, and leadership to bring about meaningful transformation.
She leads a family ministry called Crisis-Proof Your Family (CPYF), with the slogan: Educating you. Equipping you. Enriching your family life. As part of this, she frequently hosts pre-marital courses and family enrichment courses aimed at strengthening relationships and fostering family well-being. In addition, she is the founder of Value Adding Woman (VAW), an initiative dedicated to empowering women who are committed to building lasting value. Through VAW, she hosts mentorship meetings designed to enlighten and edify women and Ministers’ Wives. Her ultimate goal is to teach people the importance of adding value to themselves and others, becoming catalysts of change in all areas of life—from their homes to the marketplace. Dr. Kemi serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Great Light Outreach Foundation (TGLOF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the Kingdom through regular gospel and miracle crusades, as well as promoting nation-building by enhancing the well-being of humanity. TGLOF also provides academic scholarships to secondary school and university students, and supports the welfare of widows. In her career, she specializes in Learning and Development (L&D) and employee relations. Additionally, she serves in an official capacity at the Living Faith Church Worldwide, International Headquarters.
She holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Science, a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management. She continues to invest in her growth through professional development.
Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, on July 19th, Dr. Oyedepo is the daughter of a former Diplomatic Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She has had the privilege of experiencing diverse cultures, living in various nations from North Korea to Argentina. She eventually became a permanent resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, where she completed her high school education and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Kemi is married to David Oyedepo Jnr. the Resident Pastor at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanaland, the international headquarters of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, and the Chairman/co-founder of The Great Light Outreach Foundation (TGLOF). Together, they are blessed with 2 children – Blessing and Paul.
