Dr Kemi Oyedepo, PHRi is a woman on a mission to add value to her generation. A multifaceted leader—family life coach, author, teacher, mentor, change catalyst, philanthropist, and HR practitioner—she is passionately committed to the growth and transformation of people. Driven by her vision for nation-building and people-building, she empowers individuals and families to lead purposeful, impactful lives. She believes that positive change is never accidental—it requires deliberate action, creativity, innovation, commitment, and leadership. Through her work, she continues to inspire others to become agents of transformation in their own spheres of influence.

She leads Crisis-Proof Your Family (CPYF), a family ministry guided by the slogan: Educating you. Equipping you. Enriching your family life. Through CPYF, she regularly hosts pre-marital and family enrichment courses designed to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and promote overall family well-being. In addition, she is the founder of Value Adding Woman (VAW)—an initiative dedicated to empowering women who are committed to building lasting value. Through VAW, Dr Kemi hosts mentorship meetings that enlighten and edify teenage girls and women, including ministers’ wives, helping them embrace their potential and influence with purpose. Her ultimate goal is to teach individuals the importance of adding value to themselves and others, thereby becoming catalysts for positive change in every sphere of life—from the home to the marketplace.
She is also the creator of BibleMatch Media (BMM), a faith-based initiative focused on producing engaging and uplifting materials for the entertainment and spiritual growth of children.

Dr Kemi serves as the Executive Director of The Great Light Outreach Foundation (TGLOF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the Kingdom through regular gospel and miracle crusades, while also promoting nation-building by enhancing human well-being. Through TGLOF, she oversees initiatives that support educational advancement, including the provision of academic scholarships for secondary school and university students. The Foundation also extends compassionate care to widows through dedicated welfare programs, reflecting its holistic commitment to uplifting lives and strengthening communities.
Professionally, she is a champion for People and Culture, with a strong focus on Learning and Development (L&D) and Employee Relations. She is the founder of Bracken People Solutions, a people operations practice dedicated to helping small businesses build structure, efficiency, and sustainability in their people management practices. Through this platform, she offers practical HR templates, guides, and resource packs that simplify every stage of the employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to management and offboarding. She is deeply passionate about creating environments where individuals can thrive, grow, and contribute meaningfully to organizational and societal progress. In addition to her professional pursuits, Dr Kemi serves in an official capacity at the International Headquarters of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, where she continues to advance her mission of adding value, inspiring excellence, and driving positive transformation.

She holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Science, a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management. In addition, she is a certified Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi), credentialed by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She is also a proud member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) – NIMC.
Dr Kemi is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development, consistently investing in her growth to expand her expertise and elevate her impact in the fields of human resources and leadership.
Born on July 19th in Harare, Zimbabwe, she is the daughter of a former Diplomatic Officer of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Her international upbringing exposed her to a rich diversity of cultures, as she lived in several countries ranging from North Korea to Argentina. These global experiences ultimately led her to complete her high school education and pursue higher academic degrees in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
She is married to David Oyedepo Jnr, the Resident Pastor of Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland—the international headquarters of the Living Faith Church Worldwide—and the Chairman of The Great Light Outreach Foundation (TGLOF). Together, they are blessed with two children.
